Jane Dominey – and finally, about me..
Aside from yoga and pilates, my passions are tango, meditation and travel and enjoying quality time with friends and family. I love learning and I love teaching. I believe in living consciously, having fun, going easy on yourself and loving yourself unconditionally, no matter what’s going on in your external world. You can always come back to your mat, and from your inner world, connect your mind, body and spirit. And you’ll be surprised how your outer world responds! An attitude of gratitude opens doors to opportunities and brings you inner joy, and working on yourself and towards your dreams consistently leads to more than we can even imagine. When we are in balance, we are able to heal ourselves and transform our lives through movement, meditation, reprogramming our subconscious mind and focusing on what we do want, and not what we don’t. And I believe that the key to health and success is happiness, and being true to our hearts, all of the answers are inside. So let´s start to unravel our inner greatness!
