Our FISI YOGA & PILATES classes help you  improve posture, gain strength and flexibility and run physiologically in order to reduce impact on the knees, lower back and pelvic floor and prevent injury to discs, ligaments and Peritoneum muscles.  We also teach you to breath correctly and release tense diaphragms, and relax tight shoulders.
