Our prenatal yoga classes are designed to keep you strong and flexible and maintain a healthy posture and breathing so that you feel great during your pregnancy.  Our classes focus on relieving and preventing indigestion, back and knee pain,  shoulder tension and liquid retention and all common aches, pains and irritations that often appear during pregnancy, so that you can enjoy being pregnant and connecting with your baby.

Our comfortable yoga studio provides a wonderful place for mums to be to get together, share and enjoy their pregnancy and discuss their experiences.
