When I started FemFlow Yoga with Jane, my body had been suffering a hormone imbalance for years. My gynaecologist never knew why my body was producing too much testosterone and only gave me pills to mask the symptoms. I started to practice the sequence that Jane taught me everyday, and after just a few months, my testosterone levels tested normal and I can see the changes in my body. Jane is very inspiring and has a very personal approach to her teaching, she listens and corrects us all and teaches with a lot of love. I practiced pregnancy yoga twice a week with Jane for 17 weeks and continued right up until I gave birth. The prenatal yoga and pilates helped me gain strength and flexibility and the meditation and chats with Jane and the girls kept me calm and I felt supported as my body was changing. Jane is super lovely, she not only gives great classes but also created a friendly group and facebook community so you can stay connected, ask questions and share your experience with other pregnant women who for me have become good friends. She genuinely cares and followed up to see how I was doing through and after my birth.
