2020 LIVESTREAM YOGA & PILATES CLASSES
Safe Practice at home
In order to ensure a safe practice at home, we recommend that you leave a space around you of approx 2 meters, that you make sure that there are no sharp objects or objects that could fall on you during your practice. Please practice on a nonslip surface. Angle your screen so that the teacher can see your whole body and that you can see the teacher. Report any injuries or conditions that may affect your practice to the teacher before each class commences. Please remember that during a group livestream class the teacher cannot see you personally at all times, therefore by participating in this class you accept all responsibility and agree to the terms and conditions.
PILATES FOR WOMEN
We recommend you to have a yoga / pilates mat, 1 soft resistance band, 2 1kilo weights and a blanket to go underneath your knees.
