Plant the seed
with Yoga!
This holistic combination acts to balance your hormones supporting each phase of your cycle, stimulate your reproductive glands, increase blood flow to the uterus and ovaries, relax your mind and calm your nervous system.
We will have weekly livestream classes to keep you feeling connected, motivated and committed to getting on your mat. We’ll also come together for our weekly community fertility circle calls and I promise you, receiving unconditional support from women who are on the same journey as you is really relieving and comforting. Its so empowering to be able to talk about how you feel, discuss important decisions you may be facing, ask questions and get support from other women who may have already been down that road and can help smooth the path for you, when you are going through a challenging time.
The internet is sometimes such a maze and it’s hard to understand what it all means, where to start and what’s really relevant to you. So, we also provide you with tutorials on getting to know your body and tracking your cycle and live Q/A calls with fertility professionals who can answer your personal questions and help you start making changes in your lifestyle that will support your health and your fertility.
This course is not only about your fertility, its profoundly transformational, it reconnects you with yourself, your body, with stepping out of your comfort zone, fulfilling your purpose and meeting new people and having fun!!
Getting started with Fertility Yoga
The first step is to register for the program and schedule a welcome call with the teacher. We’ll discuss your personal needs and level and show you around the program. If you are practicing at home, you’ll need a yoga mat and a blanket.
Optional thought highly recommended extras include 2 yoga blocks and a yoga bolster.
Pranayama
Breathing techniques not only help to relax you and improve your ability to concentrate and clear your mind, they also increase lung capacity, improve circulation, relax the nervous system and balance your energy. We start each practice with pranayama to connect you with your breath and bring your attention to your body and the present moment.
Asana
Asana is the practice of yoga postures, each posture designed to release tension and unlock emotional and energetic blockages in the body, allowing your body to find its balance physically, emotionally and spiritually. In Hatha Vinyasa we’ll flow from posture to posture with the breath, and with some postures, we’ll relax and go deeper allowing our body to release, let go and find balance.
Meditation
The practice of meditation not only serves to relieve stress and relax the mind, but also to go beyond our usual identity with self and become the observer. From this state, you can heal and restore your body, tune in to your intuition, remember your full potential and make decisions from a place of wisdom rather than unconscious reaction. Yoga is conscious living on and off the mat. Let the journey begin.
